Q: What will you do during visits with my pets?
A: I will provide fresh water and food, playtime, and plenty of attention for your pet. I will also turn lights on/off, open/close blinds/drapery, collect the mail, take the trash in/out and water indoor plants.

Q: What other services are provided by Traylor Pet Sitting?
A: I provide services such as walking your dog or checking on a senior or ill pet while you are working. I also offer a pet taxi service to transport your pet to grooming and veterinary appointments.

Q: Will you take my pets to your home or come to visit them in mine?
A: I will come to your home to ensure that your pets are comfortable and safe in their usual surroundings and able to maintain their routines.

Q: What procedure will you follow if my pet becomes ill?
A: Traylor Pet Sitting is dedicated to excellent care of your pet and there is a 24-hour veterinarian service located in the area. In the event of an emergency, I will take your pet to the nearest animal hospital or to your own veterinarian. At the same time, I will be contacting you or your emergency contact person. I will remain with your pet until you are reached and appropriate action is taken.

Q: Is Traylor Pet Sitting licensed, bonded and insured?
A: Yes, Traylor Pet Sitting is licensed, bonded and insured through RLI Insurance Company.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: I currently accept only cash or checks.

Q: How much time will you spend in my home to care for my pet(s)?
A: The average in-home visit to care for one pet is ONE HOUR. Additional time may be required if you request special services such as dog walking, pet grooming, etc. or have a multiple pet household.

Q: Should I check references?
A: I will be happy to provide references.
